Who are we?
Hi, we’re Tracey and Tash – moms, coaches, and neurodiversity advocates who came together through a shared mission: to support parents navigating the ADHD journey with more calm, confidence, and connection.
This platform was born out of lived experience – and the kind of deep, soul-searching conversations that happen when you're really trying to figure things out.Â

How did we get here?
Tash was looking for answers – for her family and herself – and in that search, she found Tracey.
Tracey is an educator, expert neurodiversity / ADHD / parenting / life coach, school advisor, life coaching trainer and the founder of The School Of Life.org.za, a platform that supports ADHDers / neurodivergent adults, teens and their families.
Tracey's decades of experience in education, psychology, and parent advocacy met perfectly with Tash’s background as a parent, ADHDer, Agile and life coach, which led to them partnering on their joint passion for advocating for ADHD and neurodiversity.Â
Together, they’ve created this space for parents that blends empathy with practicality, structure with flexibility, and deep support with zero judgment.

Why We’re Here
Parenting differently-wired kids often calls for a completely different approach – one that rewrites the rulebook and centers emotional safety, clarity, and connection.
We believe there’s no “one-size-fits-all,” but there are tools, systems, and support that make the journey less lonely and more doable.
At Neurodiversity Life Skills, we believe that every neurodivergent teen deserves a future they can thrive in — and every parent deserves real, relatable support along the way. We’re here to walk that journey with you.
