Terms & Conditions – Neurodiversity Life Skills

By purchasing any service, membership, or course from Neurodiversity Life Skills, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Neurodiversity Life Skills, including but not limited to:

• Parenting Pathways membership (Free and Founder tiers)

• 1:1 and group coaching

• Live and self-paced online courses

• Workshops, webinars, and challenges

• In-person events and group programs

2. Membership Terms

• Membership access begins immediately upon successful payment.

• Parenting Pathways Founder members are billed monthly at R500 until cancellation.

• You may cancel at any time via your account. No refunds are issued for partial months.

• Membership benefits (group coaching, tools, WhatsApp access, discounts) are non-transferable.

3. 1 on 1 Coaching

• Coaching is charged at R1200 per 60-minute session unless otherwise stated.

• Bookings must be made via our approved scheduling platform or via email confirmation.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full.

• Coaching does not constitute therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention. It is a future-focused, goal-oriented support process.

4. Courses, Workshops & Group Programs

• All group programs (including 6–8 week coaching intensives) are billed in full upfront unless specified otherwise.

• No refunds will be provided after the program start date. If you’re unable to attend live sessions, replays or resources will be provided where applicable.

• Your registration is for one person only unless otherwise agreed. Course material may not be shared, redistributed, or used commercially.

5. Community Engagement

• Whether in live coaching calls, WhatsApp groups, or digital forums, all participants are expected to treat others with kindness, respect, and confidentiality.

• We reserve the right to remove anyone from any service who we believe behaves in a harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful way — without refund.

6. Use of Content

• All materials (including videos, PDFs, worksheets, slides, and replays) are for personal use only.

• You may not share, copy, sell, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

• Neurodiversity Life Skills is a coaching and educational platform. It does not replace therapy, psychiatry, medical advice, or professional diagnosis.

• Always consult with a qualified medical or mental health professional for personal health decisions.

8. Privacy Policy

• We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will only be used to deliver services, communicate with you, and improve your experience within the platform.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

• By purchasing or registering, you consent to receive emails related to your membership, coaching, or course.

9. Payments & Billing

• Payments are processed securely via PayFast, Stripe, or PayPal (depending on region).

• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.

• Failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

• These terms may be updated as our offerings evolve.

• You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the member portal.
