Week 1 – Safety & Stabilising Create immediate relief and reduce mental overload. We slow things down, get everything out of your head, and create a sense of safety before change.
Week 2 – Clarity Without Pressure Separate real priorities from noise, urgency, and guilt. You’ll learn how to decide what truly matters now — without trying to do everything.
Week 3 – Simple Family Structure Plan gently around real capacity — not ideal days. We introduce light, flexible structure that supports your family instead of controlling it.
Week 4 – Energy & Boundaries Reduce hidden drains and protect family energy. You’ll identify what’s depleting you and learn how to set boundaries that actually stick.
Week 5 – Momentum Without Burnout Learn how to reset when things fall apart. Because they will — and you’ll learn how to restart without shame or spiralling.
Week 6 – Staying Out of Overwhelm Create your own ongoing rhythm and early-warning system. You’ll leave with a sustainable way to notice overwhelm early and course-correct calmly.
